  • How long is the shelf life of the cashews?

    Ya’ll should know our cashews will stay fresh in their unopened packaging for at least six months.
  • What shipping method do you use?

    At this time we use USPS Mail.
  • Do you ship outside the US?

    We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
  • Is there sales tax?

    Yes, all sales delivered to a Georgia address will be charged Georgia sales tax applicable in the county of delivery. Sales to states other than Georgia are not subject to sales tax.

  • Do you accept Corporate Orders?

    We love sending our delicious nuts to corporate clients all over the country. We specialize in corporate gifts and would love to hear more about your needs.   • Do you ship to PO Boxes as well as residences?

    Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and residences.
    Bless your heart, please make sure you have correctly entered your mailing address. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address entries for the online shipping orders.
  • Do you ship to apartments?

    Yes. We do not require a signature for any packages, and are therefore not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed packages, packages left at doorsteps or with building attendants. Once the delivery is confirmed by the postal service, we are no longer responsible for the package.
  • Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

    Without being ugly, we do not offer refunds, we may exchange your cashew selection, depending on the circumstance. If an exchange is given, the cost of shipment for the exchange will be billed at the customer’s expense. We do not give refunds.
  • Can I phone or email an order for pick-up?

  • What methods of payment does High Cotton Company accept?

    We use PayPal for our processor, but you don't have to have a PayPal account. You can pay directly from your major credit card.
